[07/16/2017] 媽媽們注意了。美國一項最新食安研究，抽查30種起司通心粉(Mac and Cheese)，發現其中29項產品，含有未標示的化學成分:phthalates。盒裝產品中，如果是粉末狀的起司調味包，含量是其他類型產品的四倍。

Phthalates (鄰苯二甲酸酯)是一種塑化劑 (讀做 THAL-eights，Ph不發音) 。會引響男性賀爾蒙，有引發先天畸形的疑慮。雖然不是美國FDA禁用的食品成分，在歐洲等其他國家，已經禁止兒童玩具用品使用該項成分。

如果小孩喜歡吃，自己做比較健康。
